The Multiple Bond Preservation Trust
Bond Trusts
The Multiple Bond Preservation Trust as been designed to hold the benefits of multiple provider bonds within a family-controlled approved Trust. The Trust wraps itself around the bonds, which become the “Trust property”. This means that the bonds are assigned to the Trust and then controlled by the trustees for the benefit of the beneficiaries. The Trust can receive existing bonds or new bonds. There are two Trust versions, one where the bonds are gifted absolutely and one where the right to the income is carved out and retained by the client.
