Document Storage

Independent storage of your clients Wills and related documents is very important.
We recommend that for security and peace of mind they make use of the storage facilities available through The Will Company.

The Will Company uses its own storage company, Store Safe, to ensure safe storage of your clients’ valuable documents including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deeds to property. Once stored, a Storage Identification Card is provided, detailing a unique reference. Retrieval is quick and easy. Simply follow the steps on the Store Safe website or call our offices so that we may help you. Photographic identification is required to retrieve any documents.

By storing their Wills with Store Safe, clients are entitled to free unlimited re-writes. This enables clients to always keep their Wills up to date.
Prices start from £15.00 per client per year and larger storage facilities are available. Prices are available upon request.

  • To avoid tampering by those that find it after your death.
  • To ensure they are in good enough condition to be used when a Grant of Probate is applied for or a Power of Attorney is needed.
